Hands-on clinical highlights on next-generation pulsed field ablation, thermal technologies, and 3D mapping at ASM InaHR...
At the 13th Annual Scientific Meeting of InaHRS 2026, JJET, in collaboration with DV Medika, hosted an interactive Training Village under the theme “Advancing Arrhythmology through Innovative Cardiac Mapping & Ablation Technology.” Sunu Budhi Raharjo, MD, PhD, opened the session by highlighting the role of technological innovation in improving procedural precision and safety. The program then continued with equipment demonstrations and hands-on simulation sessions.
Participants explored JJET’s integrated mapping and ablation technologies, including the LEAD-PFA system, which utilizes a patented biphasic waveform designed to minimize motor nerve stimulation while maintaining continuous catheter visualization throughout the procedure. Clinical data from more than 1,000 commercial cases in China demonstrated a 100% acute pulmonary vein isolation rate, 88.4% freedom from atrial fibrillation at one year, and no severe adverse events.
The hands-on stations also featured JJET’s thermal ablation and visualization technologies. The VATION-100 C PRO RF Generator and VATION-DEEPCOOL Irrigation Pump demonstrated temperature-controlled energy delivery, real-time impedance monitoring, automated bubble detection, and integrated pressure monitoring for irrigated catheter procedures.
Meanwhile, the LEAD MAPPING 3D System showcased high-density electroanatomical mapping with 1.0 mm magnetoelectric tracking accuracy, motion interference reduction, 3D CT/MRI reconstruction, and integrated electrophysiology recording and stimulation functions.
The session concluded with clinical simulations that allowed participants to apply the technologies in practical scenarios. By combining scientific discussion, live demonstrations, and hands-on experience, the Training Village provided an opportunity for clinicians to explore an integrated approach to contemporary catheter ablation and cardiac mapping.
